DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a member of the maintenance crew, the MR2 will work with a crew of Maintenance personnel in all aspects of electrical facility repair. This position tests, maintains, services and repairs electrical service circuitry and components including high/low voltage systems, AC/DC, underground, aerial and all building systems. You will inspect, service, maintain or repair interior and exterior lighting fixtures of all buildings and grounds. Additional duties include performing repair to equipment in Hospital support buildings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Overtime as required and subject to emergency call in. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
