Salary Range: $66,560 - $68,640 DoE

Responsibilities

We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse and Logistics Analyst at our Torrance, California location. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze daily logistics and supply chain processes, report logistics performance, cost and efficiency metrics, support process improvement and projects with operational data and metrics.

  • Executes and maintain logistics data and reporting to identify opportunities for cost savings and increase efficiency as established by Manager, Inventory Management.

  • Ensures Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy and reports any safety violations, first-aid, unsafe conditions, and OSHA violations immediately.

  • Enforces and monitors Supply Chain standard operating procedures to meet production/material/shipping/receiving schedules and deadlines.

  • Coordinates ordering of supply requests by following Stellant guidelines and ensuring adequate stock room supplies to support production operations.

  • Reviews copy paper stock, ordering, and other office supplies.

  • Executes cycle count processes by generating and emailing daily cycle count reports, data entry, reporting counts completions & accuracy, and does regular investigation of variances as needed.

  • Recommends measures to improve material handling kitting reporting and process.

  • Creates & monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator(s) (KPI) reporting for each inventory location to proactively address adverse performance trends.

  • Proactively engages and reports out to cross-functional teams, and up/down stream stakeholders to drive critical actions that create sustained service-level results along with tracking work completion by type and area of work being down by staff through order fill rates by area.

  • Ensures transactions are accurate and the needs of the stakeholders are met in a timely manner.

  • Leverages Stellant continuous process improvement methodologies and looks to drive continuous improvement and best-in-class warehouse management performance.

  • Identifies and implements new systems, processes, procedures, work instructions, and other actions that will improve operational performance with management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a 2 years post-Secondary/ associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

  • Understands basic analytical approaches such as cycle count data processing and entry, prioritizing data top pareto’ s, and the use of Excel and Access tools.

  • Requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP (INFOR LN experience)

  • Aerospace/Space supply chain analytical experience.

  • CLTD – Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution

  • CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional

  • CPIM – Certified in Planning and Inventory Management
