We are in search of a MarTech Systems Analyst / Technical Project Manager to join our team in the automotive industry, based in Torrance, CA. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the technical design aligns with business objectives. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, partnering with System Solution Architects and Technical Leads.

• Work closely with developers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to design systems that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions from a technical standpoint and recommend strategies.

• Coordinate and drive the development, testing, and implementation phases ensuring the solution meets both technical and business requirements.

• Manage the technical aspects of product features, driving them through all cycles of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Create and maintain technical documentation including system requirements specifications, technical design specifications, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans.

• Ensure that different systems and applications integrate seamlessly by working closely with vendors and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect customer data in alignment with data governance policies.

• Own and manage the "Voice of the Customer" program, which includes migrating the survey platform from iBex to Qualtrics for two business units.

• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other database technologies to perform analytical and logical thinking tasks.

• Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and time management.

• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects, ensuring all are completed within the specified timeline.

• Research and analyze industry trends and changes, and implement necessary adjustments to strategies and plans.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service and Management

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Database management

• Experience in Project Management and Workstation Support

• Ability to effectively communicate with Vendors and Stakeholders

• Knowledge of Website development and Regulation implementation

• Familiarity with Digital platforms and Cloud Technologies

• Willingness to Travel as per job requirements

• Strong Communication Skills

• Proficiency in SQL

• Experience in Integration of tech systems

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Experience with CRM systems

• Ability to collaborate with Suppliers

• Skills in Research Analysis and Specification

• Experience in tech system Migration
