Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic ($28-30/hr)

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including pneumatic pumps, motors, vacuum pumps, compressors, solvent lines, water lines, air lines, reactor vessels, and HVAC systems.

• Transfer solvents to use locations safely and efficiently.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting of PLCs.

• Document maintenance activities in CMMS systems.

• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of production and support areas in compliance with GMPs and SOPs.

• Update inventories and other supplies as needed to support maintenance activities.

• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMPs.

• Deal tactfully, professionally, and courteously with fellow employees and external vendors/contractors.

Work Environment

You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility that specializes in polypeptide manufacturing. The environment includes production areas with chemicals and solvents. Safety and compliance with GMPs and SOPs are paramount. You will have access to advanced technologies and equipment to support your maintenance activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
