Pay : $35-$45/hr

Hours : 8am-5pm, M-F

Job Type : Temp to hire

Location : Torrance, CA 90505 (100% onsite)

Job Summary : This role is responsible for daily tasks and projects of the executive team within the company. The team member will be expected to operate at a high level of professionalism and deal with confidential information within the executive team. They will engage with staff and external stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the executive team. The role will report directly to the COO but will work closely with the Executive Team.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to COO and the leadership team.

• Partner with leadership team in a diversified and confidential manner to determine and prioritize business strategies.

• Prepares, plan and organize meetings including invitations, agendas, meeting minutes

• Develop and implement strategic communications plans, change communications and communications for HR initiatives in close collaboration with the Head of Group Communication as well as HR.

• Support the company’s internal communication initiatives through content creation by writing/editing external facing content pieces. Executing on relevant content opportunities.

• Serve as the liaison for Group-wide communication activities.

• Following the company’s PM guidelines, manage internal projects by ensuring that project deliverables and timelines are met

• Work to support leadership team in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators.

• Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or scientific field

• 3 years of experience in project management

• Strong MS Suite skills, particularly MS Project, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Excel etc.

• Highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment

• Must excel in working in a team environment

• Strong project management skills

• Strong ability to build internal relationships

• Ability to travel to different sites as needed
