Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This is a 100% remote role, but it is only open to candidates who currently reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead Business Analyst, driving project success and stakeholder engagement.

• Identify, create, prioritize, and groom user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Document key decisions and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.

• Perform light project management and Scrum-related duties as needed.

• Develop test preparation documents, write and execute test scripts, and manage defects.

• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Clarity, MS Visio, and SharePoint.

• Work with financial services systems, including Salesforce, loan origination, servicing, and insurance platforms.

Requirements

Experience: Extensive full-time business analyst experience.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation.

Project Execution: Ability to lead initiatives independently rather than simply tracking progress.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in lending operations and/or loan origination is a strong plus.
