• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing multiple large and complex projects in collaboration with project team members and cross departmental stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a healthcare plan environment is expected. The PM will be accountable for delivering project solutions within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, utilizing project management standards.
• Responsibilities also include providing project management leadership, establishing and maintaining effective project management tools and practices for various types of projects, such as operational, strategic, integration, or transformation projects.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions as part of a cohesive team is crucial.
