Job Title: Site Support Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking an onsite IT Site Support Technician to join our team. This role requires the technician to be onsite Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, performing both helpdesk and desktop support duties. The primary responsibilities include resolving issues with laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, RFIDs, and other hardware. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

This position starts as a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of extension into an open-ended contract. We welcome recent graduates with the right attitude and a quick learning ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk and desktop support for onsite IT issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.

• Support manufacturing plant operations by ensuring all IT equipment is functioning properly.

• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve IT-related issues.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of helpdesk/desktop support experience.

• Proficiency in hardware and software support.

• Experience with Windows operating systems.

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and SAP is a plus.

Additional Information: We are open to hiring individuals are entry level who demonstrate the right attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
