JOB REQUIREMENTS: Gundersen Health System is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Hybrid Hospitalist physician to provide care at our Tomah location. The Tomah clinic is part of our regional healthcare system providing care close to home for our patients. Practice highlights: * Typical schedule 75% clinic and 25% inpatient * Inpatient responsibilities include: admitting, rounding, surgical sign-offs, post-ops, neonates, and H&P\'s * Overnight call includes 7 days on every 4th week * This position will include coverage at our Moundview location * Average number of patients -Tomah clinic 12-18 patients -Moundview clinic 8-12 patients * 1:1 Medical Assistant in clinic * An innovative teaching environment in partnership with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine The Gundersen Tomah Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility that supports a high-tech, evidence-based practice.
