[Technicians who are hired at the Toledo facility are expected to gain skills utilizing a pay and progression system that is based on pay-for-skills. ( $20.40 to start, $23.22 after 1 yr, $28.27 after 3 yr, $31.41 after 4 yr) Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 14pt"=""}

[SUMMARY]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 14pt"=""} [Technicians will be expected to operate various production and packaging-related equipment to support plant production. This includes performing the necessary physical activity for purposes of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment on the production lines. Must safely operate essential material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) and possess knowledge of basic hand tools including wrenches, pliers, hammers, etc.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 14pt"=""}
