Your responsibilities Job Summary Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment. Perform various facilities maintenance activities.Job Description Key Accountabilities: Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs. Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment. Perform various facilities maintenance activities. Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventative maintenance activities on a limited amount of equipment in the facility. Perform timely building/facility maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean safe work area. Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs. Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services. Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance. Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality and Lean initiatives and requirements. Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude. 1-3 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment.
