This program is defined in the industry as a hybrid program with internal management and services delivered by a vendor. This program is embedded into the Healthy Living Wellness Program which is seamlessly integrated with the enterprise health strategies. This role collaborates closely with the occupational health nurses and each plant's wellness team to drive short- and long-term goals to promote a healthy workforce. This role will also work with other corporate services (i.e., Benefits, Medical, Wellness, I&D, HR, Safety, TPM, Legal, Disability, Operations, Security, and Unions). Reports to: Manager, Enterprise Health and Medical - Behavioral Health Span of Control: Individual Contributor Key Responsibilities CORPORATE HEALTH SERVICE - Global | 30% Oversee administration of key corporate employee exposure and surveillance programs, testing services including substance abuse, medical software/system compliance, maintenance of corporate website, medical record keeping function, as well as collection and compilation of all other company required measurements. | Global Participate in Healthy Living wellness initiatives Virgin Pulse programs Biometric screening events Aspiration team member Champion support and training Wellness Master-planning committee member Wellness Award promotion Provide risk management training such as Substance Use Policy, non-harassment, stress management, sustainability, and wellness Participates in all off-site company health conferences/meetings as sponsored and directed by Enterprise Health & Medical (EHM) for the advancement and training of internal clinical personnel. SUBSTANCE USE POLICY AND PROCESS - US, Canada, Mexico | 25% Administration and consultation with leaders on policies and procedures during complex employee situations and providing training to new HR partners, all people leaders, all employees (some of these trainings are on Talent Center / Learning). Manage key aspects of the Substance Use Policy Provide input into the myOC site and contents which holds all documents related to this policy. Oversee the follow-up monitoring activities for employees who have violated the Substance Use Policy. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - Domestic and Global | 45% Participate in the management of the day to day activities of the behavioral health program to ensure consistency in services across business units and to ensure the best possible outcomes for all who use one of the five core benefits within the behavioral health program.
