This position will be part of the practice-level leadership team and will be given the resources needed to expand our client base in government markets, specifically judicial/courhouse structures. Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment. This role is pivotal for driving the strategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will possess established client relationships and a track record of cultivating new connections at local and regional levels. Possess strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. An experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team. Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large architectural led design assignments with responsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specific projects. Leading client meetings, facilitating decisions to resolve important questions, and planning/coordination of overall programs and specific projects. Travel required. Qualifications What You Will Bring: Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture and registration as a Licensed Architect required. Twelve (12) or more years of related practical experience required. Strong background in the design and development of government facilities (i.e., judicial/courthouse structures). Flexibility to work with a variety of project types on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development. Basic familiarity with Revit and CADD design software. What We Bring: Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
