Duties Electrical Discharge Machine Operator include:

• Set up and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper funcutinonaly when making precison parts for tool makers 

Responsibilty:

• measure, mark and document dimentiaon of materail 
• draw in CAD, program and CAM,  to preform G-Code programming of wire EDM Machines, monitor the EDM machine process and inspect finished products. 
• checking filters, guides, contacts, sensors, keeping things clean, and realiging done on a regular basis
• monitor wire breaking , wire evacuations prolblems specifically in scrap box, "Bird nesting", surface finish problems etc.
