Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Financial Analyst. In this role, your tasks will include:

• Analysis of actual headcount and cost.

• Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports.

• Provide guidance to control account managers.

• Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans.

• Assist in the development of review materials for the consumption of internal and Government interfaces.

• Other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a Finance, Business or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education may be considered Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Previous experience with detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data.

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

Significant Excel Experience - macros, Power Query, V look ups, etc.

• SQL, VBA, or other coding experience

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Experience working in a team environment

• Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements

• Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines.

• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
