What You Will Do

• Project Management:

  • Manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address challenges or delays.

• Building Electrical Systems Design:

  • Design and analyze electrical systems for industrial buildings, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct load calculations, system layouts, and feasibility studies.

• AutoCAD Drafting and Documentation:

  • Create detailed electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
  • Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Update designs based on project changes and feedback.

• Presenting and Collaboration:

  • Provide technical information and engineering recommendations.
  • Guide less experienced team members.

What You Will Bring

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• Certification: Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year, a plus.

• Experience: 10+ years\' experience, with proven experience managing electrical projects in the building systems sector.

• Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and practices (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA).

• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team.

• Travel Ability: Willingness to travel up to 25% both domestic and internationally.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is \$140,000 - \$150,000. Please note the salary info mation shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
