What You Will Do
Project Management:
- Manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address challenges or delays.
Building Electrical Systems Design:
- Design and analyze electrical systems for industrial buildings, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct load calculations, system layouts, and feasibility studies.
AutoCAD Drafting and Documentation:
- Create detailed electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Update designs based on project changes and feedback.
Presenting and Collaboration:
- Provide technical information and engineering recommendations.
- Guide less experienced team members.
What You Will Bring
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Certification: Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year, a plus.
Experience: 10+ years\' experience, with proven experience managing electrical projects in the building systems sector.
Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and practices (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA).
Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team.
Travel Ability: Willingness to travel up to 25% both domestic and internationally.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is \$140,000 - \$150,000. Please note the salary info mation shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
