What You Will Do

As a Product Manager at Panduit, you\'ll be the driving force behind the success of our Converged Enclosures product line, including cabinets & accessories and thermal management products. You will take ownership of assigned products throughout their lifecycle, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with market demands. The PM role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams, including account management and marketing, as well as engaging with external stakeholders. If you\'re passionate about shaping innovative products and fostering strong customer relationships, this role is for you. Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:

  • Product Strategy and Execution: Develop, articulate, and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with account management and marketing teams for seamless product launches.
  • Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including business case development, global/regional launches and P&L management.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide application support for assigned products, including technical collateral and training for account management teams.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, evaluating value propositions, competitive landscapes, market sizing, and pricing strategies.
  • Business and Operations Planning: Drive key business and operations planning initiatives, including pricing strategies, sales and operations planning (S&OP), forecasting, and inventory management. Additionally, contribute valuable cost inputs to our manufacturing strategy.
  • Customer Focus: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a can-do spirit.
  • Ability to build understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data including a P&L statement, and evolving customer needs.
  • Experience working effectively in a matrixed organization, analyzing business performance, and building strong relationships across departments to drive project success.
  • Experience with thermal products and cabinets.
  • Experience with new product development.

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is \$95,000 - \$120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
