Robert Half is partnering with a locally owned manufacturing company based in Tigard, OR who is seeking to hire an AP/AR Accountant. The AP/AR Accountant will be responsible for managing both our accounts payables and receivables. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in general ledger account reconciliations, reconciling benefit invoices, and cost accounting with an eagerness to engage in all aspects of accounting. This is a temp-to-hire position and an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow within an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Reconciling benefit invoices

• Performing General Ledger Account Reconciliations

• Assisting with cost accounting tasks as needed

• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience

• Understanding of cost accounting

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong Excel skills, including ability to use Pivot tables and VLOOKUP function

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
