Join a dynamic manufacturing team where you will lead quality initiatives , drive process improvements , and collaborate across departments to support the restart of Epogen production . This role is perfect for problem-solvers passionate about compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement .

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Rate Range: $28-$30/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute CAPAs and EVs , ensuring timely completion and compliance.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

• Utilize project management tools to track and report progress.

• Collaborate with quality, engineering, validation, and regulatory teams .

• Follow cGMP, SOP, and EHS policies to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree, or

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, or

• Associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or

• High school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAPA, EV ownership , and TrackWise or similar systems.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills .

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset.

• Experience with MS Project, Agile, Smartsheet (a plus, but not required).
