Job Title

Technical Engineer

Position Overview

The Technical Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external suppliers .

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues .

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Participate in project planning and execution, including defining technical requirements and timelines.

Prepare and present reports on technical performance, project status, and system updates.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Experiment with setups and take process measurements to improve product performance.

Monitor and debug new methods and procedures to ensure system efficiency .

Communicate with downstream processing departments regarding opportunities for improvement.

Assist in installation and startup of new machinery and equipment.

Interface with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve engineering technical issues.

Serve as plant resource for data analytics tools such as Ignition, Power BI, etc.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  2. Must have at least one (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment.

  3. Must possess good interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
