We are seeking a dedicated and skilled bilingual Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, and will play a crucial role in our production process. This position requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

salary: $11 - $15 per hour

work hours: 6:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machineryRead blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Adjust settings to complete tasks accurately and on time.

• Operate machineryFollow instructions and established procedures to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

• Perform maintenanceConduct routine checks on equipment and troubleshoot issues.

• Perform quality controlSample outputs to ensure defects are kept to a minimum. Verify output to detect machine-related mistakes or flaws.

• Follow safety regulationsComply with all safety and health regulations and adhere to company safety rules.

• CleanMaintain cleanliness in the work area and clean machinery, tools, and equipment.

• Report

• Follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures and report problems to a supervisor. Create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products.
