This role helps our team of engineers and surveyors complete important projects that help support and improve communities. Job Description As an entry level Civil Technician, we will train you for the day-to-day activities to include: Drive a company vehicle to construction civil engineering job sites and document civil engineering construction activities into a daily log using engineering related software such as Builterra. Communicate with construction contractors and the project manager regarding the construction activities. Review permit applications for rule compliance. Operate electronic survey instruments such as GPS and Total Station. Assist Engineers with estimates, project design, construction plan development while working in engineering related software such as AutoCAD Civil3D and Bluebeam.
