Description

We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Oil and Gas Services industry based in The Woodlands, Texas. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining and processing customer accounts, and ensuring all documentation follows standard procedures. This position is a contract employment opportunity with the potential to lead into a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain customer accounts across various documents, including updating addresses and contact information regularly.

• Efficiently manage a high volume of debit and credit memos monthly, based on contract agreements.

• Submit invoices using electronic forums such as ADP Open Invoice and Ariba.

• Generate and review customer statements on a regular basis.

• Address customer inquiries regarding payment status and account information promptly and professionally.

• Ensure all customer files are thoroughly maintained and accurately documented in accordance with standard procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role within the Oil & Gas Services industry.

• Experience in billing procedures and processes.

• Familiarity with Open Invoice and Ariba software platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
