As the Business Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting stability and success of the agency's integrated health and behavioral health services. Some responsibilities include handling new program intakes by obtaining confidential client information, perform electronic health records functions using MyEvolv, and insurance and authorization management for children. There are some billing and administrative support functions as well.

Position Location/Hours: Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-7pm and Friday-Saturday from 10am-6pm. The position is HYBRID - remote and onsite.

Essential Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College-level or other Institute/School experience preferred.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in clinic or medical group office setting and familiarity with managed care billing.

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications.

• Ability to interact with public and staff in a professional manner at all times in a fast-paced environment

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational abilities with advanced skills in handling multiple and competing priorities
