Position Summary and Objectives

Full Time position as a Project Assistant for our Military Division based out of the Plano, TX office.

Essential Functions

  • Will support Project Manager performing the following minimum tasks:

  • Digital filing: Updating and organizing digital files via a share site/dropbox and other methods

  • Approves new share site account requests, assign permissions, and provide guidance to users

  • Coordinates meetings and conference calls, compose/distribute meeting minutes

  • Assists with TMS project setup

  • Composes job requisitions and orders office supplies as directed

  • Assists with review/proof of ICC monthly reports written by team members

  • Assists with preparation of ICC monthly reports and presentations

  • Creates Quality of Construction reports as requested

  • Creates helpdesk tickets on behalf of team members when requested

  • Assists with requests from field personnel

  • Provides content for inter-company newsletter

  • Provides content to BV marketing department on Proposals and Statements of Qualifications

  • Other similar tasks as requested by supervisors

Qualifications and Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Minimum 5 years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office admin or coordinator role is required

  • Must be detail-oriented, especially with spelling, grammar, and written content organization

  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro is desirable

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Sitting/typing for long periods; must be local to the assigned office

  • Must be self-driven, and be able to perform work in the absence of a direct supervisor
