Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our real estate professionals, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Assist real estate agents with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of property listings, client information, and transaction details.
  2. Client Interaction:

    • Interact with clients to gather property preferences, schedule viewings, and relay relevant information to real estate agents.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
  3. Data Management:

    • Enter and update property listings, client details, and transaction information in the agency's database.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective decision-making.
  4. Office Coordination:

    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless office operations.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinatingproperty showings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education (certification in real estate or administration is a plus).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, (preferably in the real estate industry).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is desirable.

Working Conditions: This position operates in a professional office environment with regular working hours. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
