As an Assembly & Test Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing valves in our Tempe, Arizona location. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by following assembly procedures and conducting thorough testing. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our valve manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our valve manufacturing process by assembling and testing valves according to established procedures. You will ensure that all valves meet quality standards and customer requirements, and you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble valves according to established procedures and specifications

• Conduct functional and performance tests on valves to ensure quality and reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects identified during testing

• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Experience in assembly and testing of mechanical components or products

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatics highly desired
