We have an exceptional leadership opportunity available within the Honeywell Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance team. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as the Site Finance Manager for our Greer, South Carolina location. In this role, you will spearhead all financial activities at the site and play a pivotal role as a key member of the Greer Leadership Team, responsible for the oversight of a business with an annual financial footprint exceeding $100 million. Major responsibilities/activities include:

  • Lead the site ISC cost center budgeting and variance analysis process.

  • Lead the site budget and forecast process related to key ISC finance P&L accounts (e.g., scrap, production cost variances).

  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial reporting requirements to Aero HQ.

  • Partner with site leadership to drive cost reduction initiatives.

  • Drive finance process improvements through the use of HOS tools, enhancing both control objectives and productivity.

  • Act as a liaison for accounting and internal controls issues, and communicate related impacts to both business Finance leaders and the controller's organization.

  • Analyze and communicate the financial impact of changes in organizational structure, business decisions, accounting practices, financial processes, and financial systems.

  • Guide and develop site analysts.

  • Lead and coordinate site cross-functional finance staff activities.

  • Conduct quarterly reviews and compile representation letters and internal control scorecards.

  • Manage business controls compliance for Sarbanes Oxley 404 certification.

  • Support site Honeywell Operating System (HOS) activities.

Key Success Factors:

  • Understanding the Aerospace business

  • Ability to maintain business controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the sites and to develop working relationships with all involved

  • Ability to manage and drive change

  • Technically proficient

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

You Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing finance experience, including standard costing, production variance, and inventory analysis.

  • Prior experience in a large manufacturing company (Fortune 500 preferred).

  • Demonstrated track record of business and decision support around key ISC cost drivers (census, spend, capital).

  • Prior experience leading the cost center budgeting and rate development processes for a manufacturing operation.

  • Experience with inventory and key inventory controls processes (e.g., cycle counting, physical inventories).

  • Thorough understanding of Standard Costing, GAAP, financial statements, and metrics

  • US Citizenship due to contractual requirements.

  • ERP experience (strongly prefer SAP).
