Hello! We are currently hiring for SMT Technician here at our Site in Litchfield Park, AZ!

Pay Rate:

$20 - $22 per hour - paid weekly.

Location:

S Ash avenue & W Carter drive, Tempe, AZ, 85282.

Shift:

4 x 10 Monday through Thursday.

Description:

• Perform wire harness assembly.

• Work with Mil-spec connectors.

• Solder small components onto PCBs and cables to connectors.

• Work under a microscope.

• Use small hand tools for electronic work.

• Work in a clean room environment.

• Sit at a work station for the entire shift.

• Follow wiring diagrams, customer specifications, drawings, and blueprints.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in soldering.

• Experience in wire harness assembly.

• Knowledge of working with Mil-spec connectors.

• Ability to perform electronic assembly.

• Familiarity with SMT and SMT operation.

• Experience working in a clean room environment.

• Ability to work with small hand tools.

• Capability to work under a microscope.

Qualifications:

• Must have either current or expired IPC certifications.

• 2-3 years of experience in wire harness assembly.

• Experience in crimping.

• Knowledge of round connector experience, specifically Mil-spec connectors.

• More electrical experience than mechanical.
