Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Director of Product Development, the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will develop, implement, and improve testing procedures for hardware and firmware products. This position will be responsible for performing root-cause analysis, automating test cases, setting Quality Assurance (QA) metrics, defining corrective actions for hardware, firmware, and software products. This is a hands-on on-site role, and the right candidate will be a self-starter with a technical engineering , capable of working in a team environment, mentoring junior engineers, and will be motivated to take on new challenges.

Pay: $50/hour

Position Details: • Location: Tempe, Arizona (On-site)

• Experience: 6+ years

Duties & Responsibilities:

Product Testing Develop and execute automation scripts for validating features on hardware, firmware, and software products Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test procedures and documentations Execute, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities with internal teams and external vendors Identify, record, document firmware bugs through JIRA or similar platform Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Testing Lab Research and facilitate equipment and supplies required for the testing lab(s) Support overseas/offsite teams in remote product testing activities Encourage innovative concepts and methods for advance testing procedures

Product Development Take active part in hardware and firmware development to add innovative features to new and existing products

Project Management Demonstrate technical expertise in scheduling, tracking, status reports, and effective problem solving to stay ahead of project timelines
