Metrology Engineer with XPS and / or SE Specialization
Key Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of SE (spectroscopic ellipsometry) and XPS (x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) to characterize thin films for customer demos to aid in the success of meeting customer requirements
Participate in creating recipes to optimize the accuracy of XPS and SE results
Support other metrology techniques including XRR, XRD, XRF, AFM
Participate in Customer Demo Activities
Work with internal groups to understand and address metrology needs
Generate and present metrology technique details to expand the knowledge of process engineers
Functional Knowledge
- Hands on experience with XPS and / or SE
Business Expertise
- Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry and thin film deposition

- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution

U.S. Salary Range:
$108,000.00 - $148,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
