Job Title: Logistics Account Manager
Job Description
The Enterprise Account team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their transportation services. They continue to drive innovation within transportation and logistics. The team is consistently evaluating the current defects within their shipping network and driving improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role,
the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Monitor, verify, and present data daily
Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
Identify transportation defect root causes
Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
Lead daily business review stand up calls
Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
Skills & Qualifications
Two years of account management in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Customer service skills
Experience managing disruptions as they occur
Microsoft Excel - entry level knowledge
Problem solving skills
Data analytics
Experience writing documents, such as process improvement proposals
Effective communication and organizational skills
Work Environment
Training for this role is two weeks in the office, then a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week in-office. The role will be onsite every day starting in January 2025.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
