Position Overview\ We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies, and experience with platforms such as Amazon and Shopify. This role will focus on enhancing customer experience, driving sales, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies.\ \ This is a fully remote role, however, if youre PHX local then you will be required to go onsite for occasional meetings.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Create and manage product listings, descriptions, and images.
• Conduct market research to inform merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Oversee pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales.
• Optimize website content for SEO and improve online visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Utilize Shopify Liquid for customized development and enhancements.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with UX/UI principles and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify applications and eCommerce development tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
