What you get to do every day

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Previous experience working with Spanish Translation

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred

  • General familiarity with pension plans

  • Good understanding of Spanish Language

  • Experience with call centers

  • Earlier work involving Call Center Operations

  • Comprehension of Patient Access

  • Bilingual marketing experience highly valued

  • Background working with Fast Paced Call Center

  • Strong familiarity with Direct Phone Calls

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience desired

  • Practical knowledge of retirement benefits

  • Administrative Office experience preferred

  • Vision Benefits experience highly preferred

  • Adeptness in High Volume Call Center

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
