Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Assembly Operator III to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have Attention to detail will be key for this role as they’re the last set of eyes to inspect the assembled goods before it’s boxed up and shipped to the client. Having a team work attitude goes a long way as well. , excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Operator I

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $17.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Be responsible for assembling electrical devices or cutting cables using power tools, to meet company requirements before it’s packaged for shipping to the customer.

• Ensure the assembled devices & cables meet the customer order specifications.

• Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.

• Provide hands on support to the production staff in other areas when needed to meet customer demands.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or quality/assembly related experience.

• Worked in an assembly environment for a 0 – 1 year.

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

• Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for hours at a time.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance will be expected.
