Fraternityand Sorority Life and University Housing at Arizona State University (ASU) is searching for qualified applicants for the position of Management Intern for 2019-2020. We are seeking aspiring student affairs professionals who have a passion for student success, the desire to use their unique talents to advance university strategic priorities, and are committed to partnering with university partners, community partners, and National Headquarter partners to implement a dynamic Residential Fraternity and Sorority Life Housing Experience.\ \ The Management Intern position is designed for a staff member who wants a leadership challenge and a possible career in Residential Life or Fraternity and Sorority Life. Management Interns are responsible for activating an upper-division model for the Greek Leadership Village community. A successful Management Intern candidate typically has a passion for connecting with and ensuring a positive experience for every student in their respective communities. During a typical work week, Management Interns will work twenty hours including flexible hours with some necessarily occurring during regular business hours for the purpose of attending staff meetings and managing day-to-day functions of a residential community. This includes serving in an on-call duty rotation to support residents during after-hours.\ \ A critical emphasis of this position is on being a highly visible and strong presence in the Greek Leadership Village.
