The W. P. Carey School of Business, where business is personal , is searching for a Director of Programs and Operations to join its Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning team. This is a highly visible and impactful role in an important, growing and exciting unit at ASUs highly ranked W. P. Carey School of Business. You will contribute to the schools mission by driving innovative and interdisciplinary programs locally, nationally, and globally engaging learners, partner organizations, stakeholders, and emerging constituencies.\ \ The successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and will possess the right mix of operational excellence, people skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This candidate will take initiative, demonstrate a sense of urgency, use good organizational skills, and demonstrate excellent follow through on commitments to achieve high-quality, repeatable results individually and through members of a high-performing team.\ \ As a leader, the successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to plan, direct, organize, and execute against program and project requirements; identify and acquire necessary tools and resources, and coordinates efforts required to build and maintain the W. P. Carey Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning portfolio. The Director will establish close working relationships with corporate clients and program participants.\ \ Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning, the Director will lead the operations activities of the unit and its portfolio as observed through the timely, comprehensive delivery of programs. The Director will develop, monitor and regularly report on operational KPIs and tactics to ensure that expected program outcomes are achieved. The role will include directly overseeing program planning and delivery logistics for custom and open enrollment programs providing highly relevant and resonant learning opportunities and in online, on-campus/in-person, and/or hybrid environments.
