Insight Global Senior Test Engineer in Telford, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Senior Test Engineer with hardware and software experience to sit onsite on Telford, PA for a client in the Medical Manufacturing Equipment space. This individual will be joining the engineering team to help with the process of testing products revolving around neonatal care devices. You will be responsible for helping create a testing equipment as well as helping create software automation for the testing utilizing LabView.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test systems, tools, and equipment.

Create and maintain design documentation and conduct technical training.

Write and execute verification and validation protocols per FDA requirements.

Support new product introductions and participate in project teams.

Investigate test failures and implement solutions for improvement.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.

5-8 years of experience in product/manufacturing test development.

Experience with National Instruments LabView & TestStand.

Proficiency in C/C++/Visual Basic and laboratory equipment.

Knowledge of FDA, QSR and LEAN manufacturing practices preferred.

Strong background in AC/DC custom electronics design. Plusses:

Technical writing experience

Coming from the Medical Device, Aerospace, etc industries null
