Your role:

• Actively drives the DX monthly close process including analysis and reporting of actuals and forecast
• Perform analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet key figures and support preparation for monthly Healthineers Forecast Call with SHS CFO
• Drives Diagnostics governance across Functions & legal entities including harmonization of processes, regulations and definitions
• Preparing executive level reports and financial presentation including the development and maintenance of executive dashboards
• Actively driving and developing initiatives and projects as well as preparing senior management alignments
• Supporting the annual Budget Process by ensuring end to end coordination between all stakeholders

Your expertise:

• Ability to think of the bigger picture and summarize topics clearly and precisely for senior management
• Point of contact for Healthineers Accounting & Controlling team including addressing questions and providing updates
• Continuously enhances and improves existing policies as well as reporting and controlling methods and products
• Experienced in working with senior management and in complex global matrix organization
• Self-driven and resourceful to ensure that deadlines are met in high-quality
• Reliable team player willing to go the extra mile when necessary
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
• Required past experience: 7+ years' experience
• Required amount of travel: < 5%
• Advance knowledge of MS Office Applications especially MS Excel, PowerPoint (Think cell) and automation/ digitalization tools such as QlikSense, Power BI.

This role is hybrid remote, but candidates must be located within travel distance of our Siemens Healthineers locations located in the US North East. Travel to a Siemens Healthineers location will be required based on business need.

The pay range for this position is $134,000 - $182,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
