Your role:

  • You provide project management of Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation/automation sites.
  • You support other highly complex projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from pre-sale through customer go-live process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved)
  • You lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multi-site implementation projects.
  • You coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
  • You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
  • You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Siemens personnel or customers.
  • You influence without authority, in a matrix environment.
Your expertise:
  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years work experience in project management (client-facing)
  • Candidates with PMP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
  • Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
  • Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
  • Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
  • History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.
  • Candidates should reside on the East Coast of U.S.
  • Company Vehicle or plan provided.

The pay range for this position is $92,030 to $119,100 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 8% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
