Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Associate Manager- Lab Operations (Bioassay) in Tarrytown, New York

We are seeking a motivated Associate Manager with a strong background in laboratory management to join the Bioassay Group within the Therapeutic Proteins department. You will play a crucial role providing laboratory operation support and serve as primary point of contact for 60+ bioassay scientists.

As an Associate Manager, a typical day might include:

  • Managing inventory for lab consumables and reagents

  • Ensuring lab instruments are working properly and coordinating/performing instrument preventative maintenance

  • Ensuring safety compliance, coordinating safety audits, and maintaining hazardous chemical inventory

  • Coordinating space planning (bench, desk, and office assignments, storage management, and laboratory organization)

  • Managing capital expenditure requests including ordering new equipment and managing installation and training

  • Acting as the lab IT liaison

  • Supporting the on-boarding of new hires

In order to be considered for this role , you must have at least a BS/MS and 6-8+ years of relevant experience. Must have experience managing a lab in academia or industry. Experience working in a research lab is advantageous. Experience working with various stakeholders (EHS, IT, vendors, etc.) is required.

Salary Range (annually)

$94,800.00 - $154,600.00
