ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:

This position reports to the Director of Sales and will interface with executive staff, all internal and remote employees, including current and/or prospective customer(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new client relationships in Canada, Mexico and Europe (UK, Finland, France, Italy, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweeden, and Switzerland)
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities that initiate an action plan to generate ne business and/or revenue for the company.
  • Identify prospective end-users and decision-makers.
  • Maintains all activities related to sales and business development.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelors Degree; Candidate can supplement degree requirement with years of functional and verifiable work experience.

Experience:

Experience in the Information Technology, Talent Acquisition and Consulting and Advisory Services industry. At least 1 year of experience selling services and or solutions.

Sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Strong prospecting and business development skills.
