Parsons is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges. In this role you will also help in pursuit and acquisition of new projects in the Pacific region.

This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations

What You'll Be Doing:

• Executing the delivery of firm-fixed price, federal construction at remote OCONUS Indo-Pac locations

• Supporting the pursuit and start-up of new projects

• Assembling and managing the development of a strong team

• Managing project meetings, along with client and trade partner relationships

• Driving performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field

• 10+ years of experience with managing vertical construction for an at-risk general contractor is required

• Extensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry best practice

• Experience with delivering runways, waterfront facilities, and/or industrial complexes at remote locations

• Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills

• A valid passport

• Ideal candidate is based out of a USA OCONUS location in the Pacific
