Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Review and interpret project construction drawings and specifications.

• Follow drawing standards required for a project.

• Produce drawings and details in a timely manner that is of quality.

• Meet, coordinate and collaborate with project engineers and other trades to develop a working shop drawing for approvals and site-use.

• Monitor and update project changes due to RFIs (request for information) and reflect the changes in the contract drawings for as-built preparation.

• Maintain record drawings, red line drawings and as-builts for projects.

• Always treat each work assignment with full confidentiality within the organization.

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years work experience as an AutoCAD Detailer for both 2D and 3D drawing requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is a plus.

• Knowledgeable with the use of the latest Autodesk software (AutoCAD 2022 to newest version)

• Knowledge of 3D (Revit 2022 to newest version) software is a plus.

• Knowledgeable of the use of office machines such as plotters, copiers, etc.

• Must be organized with effective time management per drawing and details.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good oral, written and active listening communication skills with the ability to interact with the entire project team is required.

• Must have the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work full-time, which may include extended hours, as needed.

Expected annual salary for this job is dependent on experience.
