Leidos is seeking a highly qualified Training Developer to join the team. You will be part of a team that provides an innovative, modernized, IT life-cycle management system to USCENTCOM, including next-generation IT infrastructure cloud services and end-to-end automation. The CITS program provides USCENTCOM with the capability to maintain high readiness rates for an innovative enterprise IT infrastructure on a global scale.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to government and non-government personnel on various software, ensuring they can effectively use and manage these systems both in the U.S. and overseas.

  • Provides training for all Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) a well as custom developed software.

  • Identify training needs and create training materials to address these gaps.

  • Develop visual aids like videos, simulations, e-learning modules, role plays, games, and tests.

  • Conduct training sessions and set criteria to evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on the latest research and methods in training and development, including learning and motivation theories, and new training tools and techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience, Associates’ degree w/6+ years relevant experience, or High School/General Education Development diploma w/ 8+ years relevant experience.

  • Must possess an active Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations during training exercises.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptability to new technologies and dynamic environments.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance

  • Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission

  • Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment

Pay Range:

Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
