Technical Business Analyst Engineer III

About the Role

Our Salesforce Business Analysts wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.

  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories.

  • Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.

  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.

  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field

  • Five+ years of business analysis experience

  • Communication: Strong communication skills to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other analysts

  • Data analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to thoroughly analyze business requirements.

  • Project management: Knowledge of project management principles and best practices

  • Business analysis certification: A recognized business analysis certification

  • Business processes: Deep knowledge of business processes

  • Salesforce experience and Salesforce certification is a plus.

  • Pharma and/or Healthcare experience is preferred.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $ 98,291 – $ 127,650.
