Aerotek Solder Technician in Tampa, Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Hand solder electronic components on PCBs.

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.

  • Inspect assemblies for quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and repair soldering defects.

  • Maintain a clean work area and follow safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate to meet production goals.

  • Check ESD compliance and follow ISO processes.

  • Use soldering tools and rework aids.

  • Keep records in the Aegis system.

  • Perform visual inspections and lift bins of assemblies.

  • Communicate quality issues to supervisors.

  • Perform NPI 1st Article Inspections.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of quality procedures and IPC Standards.

  • Previous electronic manufacturing experience is a plus.

  • Ability to read and follow production processes.

  • Basic computer skills and detail-oriented.

  • Willingness to cross-train and complete certifications.

  • Understanding of safety policies and customer documentation.

Shift:

  • Weekend

  • Friday - Sunday (6AM - 6PM)

  • First

  • Monday - Friday (7AM - 3:30PM)

  • Second

  • Monday - Friday (3:00PM - 11:30PM )

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
