Summary Description:
The NAM SAP Maintenance Analyst will assist the NAM SAP Maintenance Leader and to help support Plant Maintenance using the CMMS systems of SAP and Fiori. Primary responsibility is to support and assist leadership to the Operational Excellence program and work as a team member. In addition, will support applicable NAM mergers and acquisitions related to SAP Maintenance development, launch, and sustainment.
Essential Job Functions:
Focus will be working with the NA and plant level Maintenance Systems. This role will support the implementation of SAP Maintenance to plant locations within the Refresco network, and will assist with coordinating, planning, testing, documentation, training, and ongoing support of the application to the plant teams. Ensure timely research and resolution of CMMS testing issues when applicable.
Required Skills:
Ability to document new SAP Plant Maintenance processes and testing of new functionality such as Work Centers, Functional Locations, Equipment, Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Preventative Maintenance, and Work Orders
Thorough understanding and ability to train and troubleshoot SAP Materials Management related functionality such as MRP, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Cycle Counts, and Inventory
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on existing applications
Working knowledge and experience using and managing Fiori
A working knowledge of project management
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong critical self-review skills
Exhibits a high degree of professionalism toward all levels of the organization
Ability to self-manage time and tasks and deliver results autonomously
Able to create and manage KPI’s for Maintenance and Operations
Assess overall current state of Maintenance Organization and Systems at multiple sites
Collaborate with Regional Operation Directors, Site Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Associates, and Plant Leadership to develop assessment and support sustainment plans
Assess storeroom processes, basic practices, and adherence to Financial best practices & policies
Evaluate condition and reliability of plant Assets (utilize performance KPI’s and Plant measures)
Provide training and oversite of SAP Maintenance System (Work Order, Labor, Inventory and Assets)
Build and monitor effective Preventative Maintenance Programs (Proactive Maintenance > Predictive Maintenance)
Work with the Information Services group to provide testing and support change management in SAP and Fiori
Develop and perform audits of Maintenance Systems and practices for NA Organization compliance
Ability to celebrate successes with the larger organization as applicable in an easy to understand format
Competencies:
Able to perform gap analysis to desired present and future states
Develop and execute Maintenance Improvement Plans
Build CMMS (Standard Model) Improvement and sustainment Plan
Ability to manage and support sustainment of a NA wide Asset Reliability System
Proficient Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, and Sharepoint)
Education and Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance with demonstrated results
1 full life cycle implementations (basic CMMS > SAP Maintenance sustainment at an Organization level) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Controls Engineering or manufacturing related field preferred
Working Conditions:
Work Schedule: Able to provide support during normal working hours and off hours when working with plants
Work Environment: Temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors could affect working conditions while performing the job when working at a plant. Exposures might also include hazardous materials, or extreme heat/cold conditions.
Proper PPE must be worn when applicable
Travel Requirements:
Percentage of travel time is 50% for the position (might expand in certain critical needs situations)
Able to work weekends and extended hours at designated site when necessary
