Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time remote Reporting and Data Analyst to join our Operations Reporting and Analytics Team. As part of a team serving a large variety of stakeholders you’ll be expected to work with others both within and without the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and reporting solutions to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from our databases, focusing on key performance indicators and business metrics.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data modeling to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
Assist in driving initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility to ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
Support the development of processes and documentation to maintain reporting solutions.
Provide support and training to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, and performance in the role.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
