Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Regional IT Manager to work our of our Tampa, FL office.
This IT Regional Manager will manage Information Technology operations for assigned region(s) at Colliers Engineering and Design, ensuring that regional teams have the essential technology services and support to perform their roles efficiently. Additionally, provides leadership and oversight to the IT staff within those regions.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations.
Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
Measure, monitor, and maintain team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Oversee management of equipment and parts inventory.
Assist in planning and managing new office build outs and office moves.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or relevant field.
10+ years of related experience.
3+ years of Team management experience.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
